
UHMWPE板材的抗老化性能研究
摘要:超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)因其卓越的物理和化学特性,在许多工业领域得到广泛应用。然而,长期暴露于自然环境中,UHMWPE材料可能会受到光、热、氧等环境因素的影响而发生老化。本文主要探讨了UHMWPE板材在不同老化条件下的性能变化,包括老化机理、影响因素及老化对板材性能的影响。通过实验研究,揭示了UHMWPE板材在紫外线照射、温度变化以及氧气环境中的老化现象,并分析了这些因素对其力学性能、耐温性、耐化学品性等性能的影响。此外,本文还讨论了UHMWPE板材的抗老化处理技术,为提高其使用寿命和性能稳定性提供了理论依据和实际应用参考。

Abstract:Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) has been widely used in many industrial fields due to its excellent physical and chemical properties. However, UHMWPE materials may undergo aging under the influence of environmental factors such as light, heat, and oxygen over time. This article mainly discusses the performance changes of UHMWPE sheet under different aging conditions, including aging mechanisms, influencing factors, and the impact of aging on its mechanical properties, thermal resistance, and chemical resistance. Through experimental research, it reveals the aging phenomena of UHMWPE sheet under UV illumination, temperature changes, and oxygen environments, and analyzes the impact of these factors on its mechanical properties, thermal resistance, and chemical resistance. In addition, this article also discusses anti-aging treatment techniques for UHMWPE sheet, providing theoretical basis and practical reference for improving its service life and performance stability.
